Things are starting to look a little better. I’ve been up this week (although in bed today). It’s given me some hope and inspired some bizarre creativity (thanks to Photoshop). Your favourite? The creepiest?

April 17, 2024 at 7:07 amI see this was written in November so hopefully your sores are healed by now. I’ve been fighting with two pressure sores on and off for the last 10 years. They heal and then a couple of years later they will open back up. It’s frustrating. My SCI occurred in 2013 when I fainted in my kitchen and woke up paralyzed from the shoulders down (C3/C4/C5). Despite the challenges of living in long-term care facility, my life is okay when I keep my focus right. I’m glad I found your blog. Best wishes to you.

Best wishes, Shane
